Loan for self-employed persons – Requirements for a personal loan

A loan for self-employed people is also a good way to finance your projects. In the case of self-employment, the last definitive detailed tax assessment must be submitted to the cantonal authority instead of a regular salary certificate. The must not be more than 12 months old.

Requirements for a loan commitment for those in self-employment

Before submitting an online loan application, you should check whether you meet all the necessary requirements as a self-employed person. The conditions for taking out a loan as a self-employed person in Switzerland are as follows:

  • You must be at least 20 years old.
  • You must have a permanent residence in Switzerland.
  • You have Swiss citizenship, a C permanent residence permit, or a B or L residence permit.
  • You earn regular income from your self-employment and have been self-employed for at least two years.
  • You can present a detailed tax assessment of the cantonal authorities that is no more than 12 months old

The first step to your personal loan is to apply online

The second step to your personal loan is to sign a contract

After completing the online application, you will receive a response within 24 hours. If all the conditions have been met and your creditworthiness is rated as positive during the creditworthiness check, you will receive a loan commitment. Then all you have to do is sign the agreement and send it back to us. After the waiting period of 14 days, the loan will be paid out to you.
